VSD/ASD may butas po sa chamber ng puso ni baby (complications depends how large yung butas, if maliit kaya pa sa medications or it will close on its own sa first 2yrs ni baby kailangan lang ng proper care and nutritions, if sobrang laki ng butas need ng surgical intervention kasi magmimix po yung oxygenated and non-oxygenated blood mahihirapan both heart and lungs, mahihirapan din po siya in terms of nutrition kaya most babies are stunted or slow yung growth)
Pulmonary artery ito po yung ugat na nagconnect from heart to lungs, ito po yung ugat na nagdadala ng dugo galing sa heart papunta lungs (wala pang oxygen so dadalhin sa lungs to process). Dahil nga may septal defect siya nag mimix yung oxygenated at de-oxygenated blood so mgcocompensate yung ugat kaya mataas ang pressure in pulmonary artery (hindi ako sure ano ang normal values/range pulmonary arterial pressure in fetus)
