Hi mommy... 9 months na slowly nagtransform ang katawan natin-- stretching of stomach skin and literal rearrangement ng organs ☺️ Be kind to yourself and at the very least, give your body no less than 9 months to start getting back to normal. 8 months post-partum na ko and parang 4-5 months preggy pa rin ang tiyan kung minsan. I try to do pushups and exercise regularly pero hindi ko pa macareer 😅 Yung daily bike to work pa lang ang regular exercise ko. Breastfeeding rin kaya medyo madali magutom pero I'm slowly trying to get back to normal ang food intake ko. Don't stress yourself mommy. Just do your best to stay healthy and give your body enough time to get back to normal ☺️ Sa firstborn ko, I'd say about 2yrs bago bumalik sa dati katawan ko, although yung bilbil ay talagang here to stay na talaga unless siguro icareer ko ang core exercises 😁
