Tips for giving birth

Hello mga mi, Currently 34 weeks pregnant 1st born is CS - Suhi then si bunso ngayon is Cephalic Via Normal Delivery as per my OB. Any tips naman po paano mapabilis ang labas ni baby, And ang tamang pag ire. No idea po hehe fist time mag nonormal delivery ❤️
