Tips for giving birth

Aww congrats sa VBAC attempt mo! Honestly, a few of us moms tried natural delivery after CS and the best thing we did was to stay relaxed during contractions, tensing up talaga nakakapagpahaba ng labor, hirap na hirap lang. Breathing exercises helped a lot, in and out lang ng mahabang pauses, kaya mo yan! Ask your OB din about positions na pwedeng subukan during labor like squatting or side-lying para tumulong sa baby to descend faster. Pag dating na sa pushing stage, listen to your body at sa nurse/midwife, they'll guide you on timing and how to push properly so hindi ka mahirapan. Most importantly get good rest now habang may time pa, and trust your OB team, they've guided you through CS na, so makakahandle din nila ang normal delivery mo. You've got this, mama!
