Hmm, I haven't tried Natalac myself, pero a few of my mum friends did mention it, some swore it helped, iba naman hindi gaano nag-notice ng difference, kaya talaga it varies from person to person. Since it's something you're taking while breastfeeding, best to check with your OB or pedia first para sure it's safe for you and baby, especially kung may specific health stuff going on. In the meantime, marami ring pwedeng gawin like frequent feeding, staying hydrated, at magpaginhawa lang, those really made a difference sa amin!
