Excluton pills

Hey mama, I haven't tried Excluton myself pero a few of my mum friends used it while breastfeeding and they said okay lang naman, hindi nag-affect sa milk supply nila thankfully! It's a progestin-only pill kaya supposedly safe for breastfeeding talaga, unlike other contraceptives. Pero honestly, I'd double-check with your OB or the health center nurse about that 6-month thing kasi baka may specific reason why they're saying that, could be dependent sa situation mo or updated guidelines, para sure ka talaga. Side effects nila, one friend got slight headaches lang for the first few weeks, pero it went away, kaya iba-iba talaga per person. Hope it works out for you!
