Ay, valid question, sis! Honestly, sobrang maliit ang chance na mabuntis from missing just one day, lalo na kung regular ka naman sa pag-take the rest of the time. A few of us have had the same situation (forget one pill, then spotting the next days), at wala naman sa amin na nabuntis from that, kaya don't panic muna. But I've heard from another mum friend na the risk goes up lang talaga if you miss pills during your fertile window, or kung maraming days ang nakalimutan, one day is really quite safe pa. The spotting you're seeing is just breakthrough bleeding, super normal yan from missing one dose, hindi sign ng pregnancy necessarily. To be 100% sure though, best talaga to check with your doctor or OB, they can run a test if kailangan mo peace of mind, at they can also confirm na okay lang ang pills for you moving forward.
