Gestational Diabetes

Hi mga mi ask ko lang mga possible sign or symptoms pag may gestational diabetes. Waiting pa ko ng request kay ob para sa oral glucose pero nag tetest naman ako sa bahay every morning. Before breakfast, 1 hour after then 2 hours after. Nasa 3rd tri na ko may 18 edd ko pero 37 weeks ako sa April 27. Nag diet na rin ako at nag cut ng sugar and rice since health center lying in lang gusto ko manganak dahil pwede na agad lumabas and kasama pa sa loob si hubby bonus nalang yung walang fee and super strict nila pagdating sa size ng baby and sugar kaya nag kusa na po ako mag diet but more on fruits and veggies naman po

Ate, please don't wait, reach out to your OB agad or go to your health center para ma-confirm ang gestational diabetes properly, kasi home testing lang hindi sapat para sa official diagnosis, at kailangan mo ng professional guidance lalo na malapit na ang EDD mo. Pero habang naghihintay, ang mga signs na commonly notice ng kaibigan ko na may GD ay excessive thirst, frequent urination, at fatigue, pero honestly, overlapping lang sa pregnancy symptoms kaya kailangan talaga ng proper testing. Good na nag-cut ka ng sugar at rice, and fruits + veggies is smart, but your OB or ang health center lying-in ay dapat mag-guide sa iyo on proper meal planning para sa baby at sa iyo. The strict monitoring nila ay para sa safety ng both of you, so trust the process at makipag-communicate palagi sa kanila about your readings at how you're feeling. You're doing great by being proactive!
