Mama, congrats sa successful ligation and CS recovery! Honestly, kahit ligated ka na, mas safe talaga maghintay ng okay signal from your OB before mag-resume ng full intimate activities, ligation works but it's not 100% immediately, at your body is still healing pa lang from surgery at breastfeeding. Since wala pa ring period mo (which is totally normal sa PBF!), I'd really suggest checking in with your doctor first para malaman mo exactly kung safe na or not, kasi bawat body ay different, at they can give you the clearest answer based sa healing mo.
