Folic acid

Ay, honest lang, pareho naman okay yan, Obsure at Folart ay both reputable brands na commonly recommended ng OBs dito! A few of my mum friends took Obsure during pregnancy and they were happy with it, pero ang iba naman prefer ng Folart kasi mas affordable. Depende talaga sa budget mo at kung alin mas convenient sa inyo, pero the most important thing is na consistent ka sa pag-take ng folic acid especially if you're planning or pregnant na. Better to ask your OB din which brand they recommend para sa specific needs mo, kasi bawat tao may different requirements!
