This is really between you and your doctor lang based on your exact situation. Nakakabahala, I know, pero ang best na gagawin mo ngayon is to ask your OB all your questions, kung safe ba talaga ang pagpaopera during pregnancy, ano ang risks kung hindi, ano ang options mo, para hindi ka mag-asume. Maybe ask for a second opinion from another trusted OB din kung kailangan mo ng peace of mind. A few of us moms have done that, at it really helped.
