Vit. D3 Optima
Hi mga mhie! Ftm here. Ask ko lang kse first time uminom kahapon ng baby ko ng Vitamin D3 Optima, tas ngaun morning nag-poops siya ganito itsura. Normally po hindi ganyan consistency ng poops ng baby ko. 7 months po c baby. Thank you so much
Aww, totally understandable na worried ka! So vitamin D3 can sometimes loosen the stool a bit sa first few days, lalo na kung new sa baby, a few of us moms noticed that din when we started our babies on it, kaya hindi ka nag-iisa. But since it's the first time and you're seeing a noticeable change, I'd suggest checking with your pedia just to be sure, especially if the poops stay like that or baby seems uncomfortable, kasi mas safe na lang. Keep an eye pa rin on hydration at kung normal pa rin ang baby's mood and feeding, kung lahat okay, usually it settles down in a few days once the body adjusts!
