PCOS pregnancy inquiry

Hi mga mamshie. 1st time ko po magbuntis and I have PCOS din. My hubby is asking if we can still have sex. I didn't really know, the OB didn't say anything and I wasn't able to ask because that wasn't on my mind that day. I told him I'm not comfortable with it not because I don't want to but because I'm afraid it might cause problems with my pregnancy. Honestly I do want to be intimate with my hubby not just by cuddling and kisses. Nag search ako online most says yes as long as Wala akong bleeding, Wala din akong spotting. But I wanna know others opinion specially Yung mga may PCOS din na preggy or na buntis na, na may PCOS. Thank you.
