Sis, honestly I'd skip it muna until after you give birth, most doctors prefer na maghintay lang kayo because of the needles and the pigments, plus your skin changes so much during pregnancy na baka hindi rin ma-achieve ang best results! A few of us tried waiting it out and sobrang worth it naman because the results were better postpartum, plus one less thing to worry about during pregnancy. Better safe than sorry na lang, especially since you're already halfway through, just wait a few more months and treat it as a postpartum pamper for yourself!
