mostly puyat can affect the baby po but if kaya nmn habulin ang sleep sa morning better na you rest mommy... sleep is one of the most important thing po ksi stng mga pregnant especially night sleep dun po ksi nag gegenerate ang hormones na melatonin ntn which helps our creatinine or mas kilala as our sugar level...mas mataas po ang chance na we get gestational diabetes pag ganyan po which can cause our babies low weight/obese or preterm labor and premature po... affect nya nmn po syo it may cause you a lot of pain (labor and birth) or worst case scenario po you will go through Cesarean Section...so get as much rest as possible po and try to move your body(walking ganon po) don't stay on one position (sitting, standing, lying) for long period of time po...well if you are in low risk nmn po kng di nmn po maselan pregnancy mo pwede po yun and if di nmn po order ni OB ang bed rest😅

no worries po just try to follow up po sa OB mo for sure gagawan nmn po nila yan ng paraan to make it more efficient and effective po sayo and also to make sure our baby is safe...so don't worry too much mommy na fefeel yan ni baby think positive lng po and try to avoid and do our best also for our baby...pag labas ni baby cge pwede na ulit😅
