Birth certificate

Hi mga mamsh! Sino dito single parent? I'm 32weeks preggy and about to pop soon. May magiging conflict po ba sa pag register ng birth certificate sa munisipyo if gagamitin ko yung surname ko as last name ni baby then ilalagay ko yung name ng tatay nya sa birth certificate as the father pero wala syang pirma? Sana may sumagot. Thank you!
