Aww mama, I feel you, a few of us have noticed the same thing with our kids, parang stress or change in routine talaga before a big day kaya lumalabas ang sakit. But pabalik-balik ang fever is something I'd really ask your pedia about, kasi it could be iba pang reasons, infection, immune system stuff, and you want to make sure okay lang talaga si LO especially malapit birthday pa. Hopefully it's just pre-party jitters, but better safe na check with the doctor para ma-peace of mind ka!
