Ay mamsh, usually the midwife or pedia will tell you when it's okay to wet the umbilical cord area, pero most of the time kailangan pang dry at linisin ng maayos bago basahin, lalo na habang may wound pa, better to check with your baby's doctor kung kelan exactly safe na pwedeng maligo ng normal, kasi bawat baby different pa ang healing!
