Anybody here from San Pablo City, Laguna?

Hi mga mamsh, currently residing here in Rizal and I was planning to give birth sa San Pablo since taga don naman talaga ako and christmas break ang EDD ko. Can anyone suggest an OB and their maternity packages please? Ang quote kasi ng OB ko dito is ranging from 38k to 41k for CS. Please help ?
