Aw mamsh, allergic rhinitis during pregnancy is really tough, I feel you! A few of us tried saline nasal spray (sobrang safe at tumutulong talaga sa congestion), and one of my mum friends swears by keeping her room air-purified and avoiding dust triggers din. But honestly, since you're pregnant, best to check with your OB about antihistamines or other meds na safe para sa baby, kasi some can cause issues and iba-iba ang guidance depending on trimester.
