Honestly, I haven't personally tried that method kasi nabasa ko lang na mas safe ang oral route para sa EPO, but a few of my mum friends who did insert it said they also felt cramping and discomfort, might be irritation from the capsule itself or the oil. Since this is your first time and it's bothering you, I'd really suggest calling your OB or texting the clinic to check in kasi better safe than sorry, especially at 1am when you're already worried, di ba? Puwede mo ring try removing it gently if you're comfortable, pero definitely mention it sa doctor mo tomorrow para sure na okay lang baby mo. Rooting for you, sis!
