High-lying with posterior succenturiate lobe

That's about placenta position lang, high-lying means it's positioned higher up in your uterus, and the succenturiate lobe is just an extra small portion attached to the main placenta, which is actually pretty common and usually okay. Definitely ask your OB to explain it more clearly during your next visit kasi they can assess your specific situation and make sure everything's fine with baby, but from what I've heard from other moms, marami sa amin na may ganyan at normal delivery pa rin!
