Aww mamsh, sipon lang yan pero nakaka-alala talaga lalo na kung first baby mo! A few of us use saline nasal drops or spray (available sa any drugstore) to help clear the congestion, and we make sure baby stays hydrated and gets plenty of rest, parang ganyan lang ginagawa ko kay baby ko, then the sipon usually clears up in a few days. If it's accompanied by fever or baby's having trouble breathing or feeding, best to check with the pedia agad lang to make sure it's not something more serious. Lagi ko sinasabi sa mga mom friends ko, kapag sipon lang at walang ibang symptoms, patience lang at TLC, pero don't hesitate to call the doctor kung may doubt, better safe than sorry!
