the key is routine, if fix naman sched mo for work, isabay sya sa sleep niyo, almost the same tayo ng wake up time, 5am gising na kids ko(3 sila), then nap time: 12 or 1pm, wag mo na patulugin sa hapon, dont give snacks around 5pm onwards, eat dinner early, kahit sya lang, by 7pm, bath time, warm bath helps them to calm down, no tv, no screentime, you can add na magread ng books para magcalm sya, mag lie low body nya and magsignal na it is near bed time, play some lullaby, by 8pm lights off na kami, mayron lang akong pang dim na light, not total dark.. no talking na, basta lights off para alam na it is sleeping time, it is a routine, hindi yan biglaan, matagal actually, pero eventually malalaman ng body niya, ma adjust man kami, kaunting minutes or an hour lang, ako lang din naiiwan sa kanila pag pumasok hubby ko, pero si h, routine din kami depende sa work nya para mahelp nya ako.. patience po, malaking malaking patience, sa umpisa talaga mahirap, pero icontinue mo lang, you can also buy, essential oils or kahit tiny buds na pang pa sleep so it can help them.. 😊
