Uy, normal lang yan sa Depo, girl! Marami sa amin experienced irregular periods, some had walang regla for months tapos biglang babalik, iba naman spotting lang throughout. Ang body mo lang nag-aadjust sa hormones, pero kung 8 days na talaga ang dating ng regla mo, best to mention it to your OB on your next shot just para ma-monitor nila, especially kung extended pa or may unusual cramping. A few of us in the group had to switch methods dahil hindi kami komportable sa unpredictability, so it's totally valid kung mag-discuss ka with your doctor kung okay pa ba ito for you or if you need adjustments!
