Rashes ???

Ay oo, marami sa amin nag-experience ng rashes during pregnancy kaya normal lang yan! Honestly, heat and hormones lang usually ang culprit, pero mas safe na mag-check with your OB muna para malaman kung anong type ng rash it is before you put anything on your skin. A few of us tried plain moisturizer or calamine lotion while waiting for the appointment, pero seryoso talaga na magpa-check lang kasi may certain products na hindi safe sa pregnancy, better safe than sorry lalo na ngayon ka pa lang sa 18 weeks. Paano ka nasimula mag-itch, sa specific area lang ba or all over?
