Mama, SPD is really a pain (literally!), a few of us from my mum group went through it during pregnancy and it's so frustrating kasi the pain doesn't always match what you expect. Since your OB already knows about it and baby's position is okay na, definitely bring this up again at your next visit or even sooner if the pain's getting worse, because sometimes they can refer you to a physio who specializes in pregnancy pelvic pain and can actually help with specific exercises and positioning tips. In the meantime, a lot of the mums I know swear by wearing a pelvic support belt (para sa support lang) and being careful with how you move, like spreading your legs wide when you get out of bed instead of twisting, and avoiding activities that trigger it. The good news is baby's not in danger from SPD, but you deserve to feel better mama, so please follow up with your doctor about this!
