Diaper rash?

Hi mama! Aw, first time talaga ang galing-galing. That redness from poop contact is super common diaper rash, usually starts when the skin stays wet or irritated from the diaper area. Best thing is to change frequently, let it air dry a bit when you can, and use a good barrier cream. A few of us have tried Sudocrem and it's a lifesaver, you can grab it sa Shopee and it's affordable. Some mums also swear by Mustela barrier cream or Calmoseptine, and honestly they all work pretty well depende sa skin ng baby. One of my mum friends tried coconut oil din as a natural option and it helped her bub, so that's an option if you prefer something gentler to start with. Just remember to wipe gently with water or soft wipes, not vigorous, para hindi mas irritated pa. Pero if it doesn't improve in a few days or looks really angry and spreading, it's worth having your pediatrician check it out, sometimes it can be yeast or something else that needs specific treatment.
