CS delivery

Mga kamother jan na naka experience ng CS delivery gaano kayo katagal kayo gumaling yung kirot ng tahi niyo hanggang sa loob ng lower abdomen niyo po.. Frustrate na ako sa nararamdaman ko kirot talaga di ko masyado maalagaan anak ko at di ko rin matulungan masyado asawa ko.

Hi mommy! Bago ako mdischarge sa ospital dapat kahit paano nakakalakad na ako. Actually I stayed for 4 days. Ung tahi ko bikini cut and ang explanation sa akin mas matagal ang healing process ng bikini compared yung sa patayo ung hiwa. Ofcourse we have different types of body and we have different approached interms of coping with the healing process. Ako after 3 weeks ok na. Nakakalakad ng malayo but ndi nmn mabilis. What I suggest is tulungan mo din katawan mo little by little. Lakad konti sa umaga and sa hapon. Or practice standing up ng few minutes then upo ka ulit then repeat process. Kaya mo yan! 💪
