Medicine for cough of toddler

Hi mga kamomsh ! any suggestion po ng gamot sa ubo ng 4yrs old ko , no budget pa kasi pang consultation tska ngaun plang naman sya naguubo kaya try ko muna imedicine .. tia

2 ang klase ng ubo, dry cough or wet cough. im not sure ano ang applicable sa anak mo. sa 1st born ko, nireseta sia ng ascof lagundi. hindi ko maalala kung may sipon sia that time. ang ascof lagundi ay cough relief. sa 2nd born ko, ang symptoms ay colds and cough. ang reseta ng pedia ay disudrin (colds) at ambroxol expel (cough) naman. we use no cough patch for mild cough, without medication.
