Hay nako, alam ko yan ang sakit! So from what some moms have shared, those white dots are usually milk blisters from a blocked duct, and they can be surprisingly painful even if they look tiny. Try warm compresses or warm salt water soak first, then keep the area dry as much as possible, basta avoid friction with your bra or clothing kung kaya mo. You can still latch baby (it won't hurt her, don't worry!), but I totally get why it stings for you.
The tricky part is your pumping schedule at work, someone in my mum group mentioned na pag nag-skip ng pumping sessions, that's when the blockages tend to happen, kaya try to pump even just a little bit kahit busy ka, para ma-maintain the flow. If the blister doesn't clear in a few days or gets worse, might be worth reaching out to an IBCLC (lactation consultant), they can check if it's really just a blister or if there's a deeper latch issue causing it.
Good call rin na papunta ka sa OB! Let her know about the pumping gaps at work, kasi that context helps. Your milk supply should be fine as long as you're still emptying regularly, but best na i-confirm with her. Fingers crossed it clears up fast!
