Methi seeds or fenugreek is usually taken in capsule form, drank as tea, to increase milk production. It works for some mommies and for others, not so much. Note that the tea is weaker in terms of dosage than the capsule form. Normally, one dose is 2-3 capsules (580-610 mg each), taken orally 3 times per day.
