Ay mama, alam ko yan, grabe talaga ang DQT especially pagdating ng baby stage kasi lagi kang nag-aalift at nag-aayos ng bata! A few of us mums experienced something similar from repetitive baby-holding at waking up sa gabi, at honestly sobrang frustrating kasi kailangan mo pa rin ng hands mo 24/7. Since you're 5 months postpartum na at the pain moved from one hand to the other, I'd really suggest you get it checked with a doctor, maybe orthopedic or OB pa lang first para ma-refer ka, kasi may specific treatment options like bracing or physical therapy na talagang tumutulong pero need professional assessment. In the meantime, what helped one of my mum friends was pang-alternating hands kapag nagcacarry and resting when she could, pero the real relief talaga came when she got proper care. Laban mom, I hope you feel better soon!

Uy, napakagaling yan sa repetitive gripping talaga, lalo na pag dala-dala mo palagi yung baby! A few of us moms had similar wrist issues postpartum, one friend swore na rest lang talaga plus ice, at nag-wear ng support brace para hindi siya unintentionally gumagalaw yung thumb habang gumagawa ng chores, kaya nakabawi siya after a couple of weeks. But honestly, kailangan mo talaga i-check ng doctor kasi if it's getting worse on one side at persistent na siya, baka kailangan mo ng proper bracing or even PT to make sure hindi siya mag-linger pa ng matagal, wala kang time na injured yung dominant hand mo especially with a baby pa lang!
