Labor massage

Me mommy - tried it during my first pregnancy...8mos. Pregnant ako nun. They focused on certain vital points na according to them helps shorten labor and helps in faster delivery. Dito satin sa PH may mga prenatal/labor massage available na pwede home service like Mom Massage and Massage MNL (both have fb page). For Mom Massage they accept pregnant women who are atleast on their 6th month of pregnancy otherwise need mo present doctor’s written consent.
