Oo mama, super common yan after birth, a few of us had the same problem kaya you're not alone! Pero if 3 weeks na and the ointment isn't helping, I'd really suggest checking with your OB or a doctor about it kasi sometimes you need stronger treatment or may iba pang factors, especially if you're having a hard time caring for baby because of pain. In the meantime, ask your partner or someone to help more with LO so you can rest properly, sitting tayo for too long makes it worse, and dehydration din contributes, so drink lots of water.
