Hello as mention above, does anybody know what slimming/fat burner products i can consume while breastfeeding? Halal friendly pls hehe thank you!

I find that breastfeeding itself is effective enough for slimming. I gained 17KG during pregnancy, breastfeeding for 9m and I weigh lesser than my prepregnancy weight. No diet, no exercise.
