Ahhh I feel you, pregnancy headaches with a toddler demanding your attention is next level exhausting, and you're not being weak for struggling lah. My honest tip: on bad headache days, let your toddler have a bit more screen time guilt-free, prep easy meals the day before (instant porridge, frozen naan, simple proteins) so you're not standing at the stove when it hits, and don't hesitate to ask your partner or family to take your little one for even just 2-3 hours so you can rest properly. Do check with your doc though about the headaches, sometimes pregnancy ones need managing differently, and you deserve to feel better. You're doing amazing managing two kids (one still in the oven!), this phase won't last forever, and getting through the day safely is what counts most.
