36weeks and 3days

Hey mama, at 36 weeks kaya normal lang ang slight increase in discharge, especially after activity like your walk, ang body natin talaga super busy preparing para sa labor! But since you're near term na, mas safe kung mag-check ka with your OB lang para sure, especially kung may changes sa color, smell, or if may spotting pa, some of my mum friends na nag-experience din ng similar kilos rushed to their doctors just to be on the safe side, and the peace of mind is worth it talaga. You're almost there, mama!
