I really feel you on this, navigating medical benefits can be so confusing especially when you just want to make sure everything is covered for your child. I don't have direct experience with the civil service card at NUH or KKH myself, but I think it's worth calling the hospital's billing counter directly as they are usually quite helpful in explaining what is claimable lah.
