Anak tak nak berus gigi

Aih, ini common problem jugak dengan ramai anak-anak! Honestly, the yellow staining usually goes away once dia rajin berus (consistency is key), tapi since dia dah meronta-ronta, better tak paksa hard sangat or boleh jadi dia lagi takut. Few of us mums try making it fun je, nyanyi sambil berus, or let him pick his own toothbrush colour or flavour, or even brush gigi Mummy dulu so dia tengok. Once he sees it's not scary, boleh tanya dia nak "practice" on your teeth first before his turn. As for toothpaste, the regular kiddie ones with fluoride should help keep gigi clean; kalau ada staining concern, best you ask your dentist what's suitable for his age, maybe dia boleh explain to him jugak, sometimes kids listen better to doctor. The more you relax about it, the easier it gets, trust me!
