Luka bersalin gatal

Mcm mana nak hilangkan luka gatal ye? Jarang terjadi tapi time jadi, ya allah, nak tido pun xboleh.. now pantang 25 hari.. sy check benang ada lagi sikit tapi jahitan mcm longgar..husband check luka mcm nk cantum dh tapi bagi sy mcm xcantik cantuman tu..koyak 1st degree je tapi jahit byk sbb isi lembut so terpaksa jahit byk kali 🥴jahitan loose ni sy dh aware sejak pantang 11 hari waktu admit hospital sebab tumpah darah.. 2 hospital inform bnde yg sama tapi takde jahit balik.. just antibiotik 3 hari asbab jangkitan kuman je.. #jahitannormal #gatallepasbersalin#gatallukajahitan

Alamak, memang la gatal jahitan bersalin tu adalah part of healing, luka yang dok menyembuh selalu gatal macam tu, tapi I understand la, nak tidur pun terasa! Since you've had the wound checked twice already and they said infection-wise okay ja, the itch biasanya just means healing is happening, tapi kena make sure you're not scratching (I know, easier said than done lah ). A few of us yang dok gatal macam ni swear by keeping the area clean and dry, maybe tepuk-tepuk lembut je pakai kain bersih instead of scratching, and some mums just tolerate the itch knowing it'll pass; tapi honestly, since the stitches are loose and you're still seeing threads, I'd ask your doctor during your final pantang check-up to make sure everything is healing properly even with the loose stitches, some of them tighten on their own as tissue closes, but best to get it confirmed, can give your mind peace jugak!
