This is really something that needs proper medical guidance, hindi lang internet advice, kasi bawat case is different. A few of my mum friends have had cervical concerns during pregnancy, and honestly, ang daming ways na pwedeng tulungan ng doctor, pero kailangan mo talaga ng checkup and a clear plan from your OB.
