There isn't a hard or fast rule as to much food a 16 month old would need because different babies would have unique requirements. But I read that generally, a baby in that age range would take in the following: Formula: 16-20 oz (8 oz per bottle) Breast Milk: 2-3 nursings Solids: 3 meals per day and 2 snacks per day, servings per meal: 1/4 of an adult serving size. You can play around with the proportions for example, if baby is still fully breastfed, you can replace the snacks with breastmilk or incorporate the bm with their snacks.

No hard and fast rule. Think ao long as he can eat, will let him eat. Give and top up in small portion. If it isn't enough, he will ask for more. My lovedone at this age can finish half a packet of normal mixed vegetables rice. Think he's considered a big eater.

Normally I serving, morning 6:30 180ml milk, then 3hrs later, give some warm water, biscuits, fruits, 3hrs later give fish/chicken porridge, 4hrs later give warm water, some vegetable, then night time 180ml milk x 2 different hrs

It is good to know if your child prefers taking small portions but a bit frequent feeding (either milk or solids) in a day or go for big amounts every meal. For my boy, by demand works.

every child is different some eat more some less don't worry so much if they are hungry they will let you know

thank u! cus he is eating a amount of a full chinese bowl. still on bm fully as well.
