OGTT SUGAR TEST
Mataas po ba masyado ung sugar ko?
Hindi naman super taas pero lumagpas ng onti yung after 1hr and 2hrs sa normal. Usually kasi 140 ata yung after 1 hr tas 120 yung after 2 hrs. Depende kay Ob kung ano ipagawa nya sayo pero tingin ko kaya naman yan ma manage with diet and portion control sa food. Hindi naman kasi super taas. Yung mga umaabot ng 200 ang mataas na e. Hehe!
