No to white rice, pasta and white bread. Eliminate totally ang sweets like baked pastries, chocolates, any flavored drinks. Water lang pinapatake sakin ng endocrinologist ko. No to fried foods. More to leafy veggies, fish, chicken and lean pork. Limit din sa sweet fruits. If kakain ng matamis na fruit, kalahati lang per meal. More more water.
