I do this to my baby when he feels stress I rhythmic stroking of my baby's body with my hands. I use oils or a moisturiser to help my hands to glide smoothly over my baby's skin. I prefer to use Aveeno lotion or Mustela Massage Oil they’re both moisturizing!
