Oh this one I really feel you, I had terrible buasir during my third trimester and honestly it was so uncomfortable I dreaded going to the toilet every single day! What helped me a bit was drinking loads of water, eating more fiber like fruits and vegetables, and not straining too long in the toilet, but I won't lie, it didn't fully go away until after I delivered. Please do check with your doctor or gynae about this because they can recommend a safe cream or treatment that is okay for pregnant mums, don't just tahan sendiri tau!
