Ay mama, this is a tricky one kasi it really depends sa current status mo sa SSS at kung recognized ang paternity ng baby, best talaga mag-check directly sa SSS mismo para sa exact requirements, kasi bawat case ay different, especially with separation circumstances. A few of us from the moms' group had similar concerns and ang honest advice namin is to bring your documents (marriage cert, birth cert ng baby with father's name if listed, SSS records) to the SSS office para sure, kasi they can tell you right away kung qualified ka or what documents pa kailangan.
