I Feel No Symptoms

Hello Mamsies.. First time mom. Magtatanong po ulit ako. Preggy po ko at 6weeks 5days Is it normal not to feel any symptoms (except breast tenderness, parang rereglahin ang feel, mejo hilo ako at times) other than that wala na ko mafeel na symptoms. Normal lng po ba? Gustong gusto ko na magpaultrasound to see my baby's development kaso sabi ni OB ko sa 9th week pa dw which is on Aug. 24 pa.. Thank you in advance!
