Oo mama, sa OB mo lang yan kinukuha talaga, just ask your doctor to write na kailangan mo ng maternity leave starting from a certain date, usually around 2 weeks before your due date or earlier kung may complications. A few of us got ours done sa last prenatal visit namin, so hindi na kailangan bumalik, pero iba-iba ang strict ng doctors so better ask yours if pwedeng i-prepare na in advance! Just bring it sa HR once na complete na lahat ng requirements, at usually they process it agad, good luck mama, excited na ba kayo!
