Yes my boy does it whenever he gets a chance for example if I fall asleep. But I'll always remove his hands. I'll say just be consistent in telling him no.

yes it's normal. My toddler still does it. I will tell him no and remove his hand away. He will cry and throw a temper. But i still be firm with it,
